Wat Phra That Phanom
Situated in the Northern province of Thailand, near Nakhon Phanom, Wat Phra That Phanom is one of the most sacred and religious sites that has a 53-meter-tall, square-shaped pagoda. It features the Buddha breast bone relic in the chedi and is known to have a 110-kilogram gold spire.
Wat Phra Si Sanphet, Ayutthaya
Ayutthaya is the second most significant city for Buddhists after Bangkok. Wat Phra Si Sanphet is the largest temple that is religiously revered by Buddhists even though it lies in ruins. It houses a series of stupas that gives a peaceful spiritual experience.
Wat Arun
Get in touch with spirituality by visiting the Loha Prasat pagoda in Wat Ratchannadaram, Bangkok. Also known as the Temple of Dawn and Temple of Magnificence, Wat Arun, Bangkok is a well-known landmark in Thailand and a must-visit place in Bangkok. It features amazing architecture which uses colorful porcelain in its outer structure making it shine. This temple contains 37 spirals which represent the 37 virtues necessary for enlightenment. Wat Phra That Lampang Luang
The most sacred, 13th-century temple of Thailand, houses a strand of Buddha’s hair. The temple has a conical stupa, that is more than 400 meters high and made in Lanna architecture.
